- At least 2 years experience in a similar role within ahighly regarded restaurant or 4* / 5* hotel
- Experience of leading a team in an extremely fast paced,busy environment
- Great attitude
- Team player with a hunger to keep learning and developingtheir skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to apply creativity in food preparation
- Effective communication skills
