Senior Chef de Partie
This is a full time position. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at senior Chef de Partie level and have strong banqueting experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of their section and must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Preference may be given to applicants that have experience in the preparation and service of weddings and functions. Experience in ordering and purchasing would be an advantage. Full support and menu training will be given.
