The hotel currently has the following vacancies available.
SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE. CHDP1108
This is a Full Time Permanent senior position. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at senior Chef de Partie level. The Successful candidate will be responsible for the management of their section and must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Preference may be given to applicants that have experience in the preparation and service of Weddings and Functions. Experience in ordering and purchasing would be an advantage.
PART-TIME BEVERAGE STAFF. FTBS1108
The ideal candidates must ideally possess at least 1 year’s experience of beverage service in the hospitality industry. Successful candidates must be willing to work weekends and on a shift basis. Experience in the 4* market would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
EXPERIENCED SPA THERAPIST REFERENCE: FTST1008
The successful applicant must have at least 1-2 years experience in the same or similar role and must hold one of the following qualifications- CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Knowledge of USPA products is desirable although full training will be given. In addition, the successful applicant must be well presented and demonstrate a high level of customer care and communication skills.
