The Lodge Leisure complex comprises a fabulous 17 metre pool with separate children's area, sauna, steam room, twelve seater Jacuzzi, air conditioned aerobics studio, and fully equipped gymnasium.
A full range of classes are available from aqua aerobics and swimming to spin and step for all levels. Toning and working out is also well facilitated with a state of the art fitness suite/gym with multiple cardio vascular and free weight equipment complete with multi plasma screen wall.

The Lodge Fitness Club has just been awarded , for the second year, the coveted white flag award for their state of the art leisure centre making it the only leisure centre in Inishowen and Derry to hold such a quality award. The White Flag Award is the only comprehensive Quality Award for Leisure Facilities in Ireland which recognises high standards of excellence in health and leisure facilities in Ireland. The award which was set up and regulated by ILAM, the Irish Leisure Industry body for all Sports, Fitness, Aquatic, Outdoor, Health Spas and Associated Facilities is the must have award of all leisure facilities if they wish to provide a premium product and service to their customers.
It is compulsory to wear swimming hats while in the main pool.
