Irish chicken roasted with garlic and thyme served with a cream of mushroom sauce.


• Pan seared 12 oz rib eye steak, with sauté onions, filed mushroom served with pepper sauce


• (Steak Rossini) Grilled 12 oz sirloin of prime Irish beef served with grilled pate on toast.


• Oven Baked cod served with garlic butter or lemon butter and herb, tomato confit


• Roast whole sea bass served with chopped mild red chilies, red onions and coriander ( Indonesian style )


• Beef brisket casserole with leeks, carrot, celery, onion and champ potatoes. Served with Irish wheaten brown bread.
