Ballyliffin Lodge, Weddings Terms %26 Conditions
A date may be reserved for up to 14 days. A deposit of €700 secures your exclusive date. Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa will release reserved dates should deposit and booking form not be received within 14 days of enquiry. This deposit is a non-refundable and non-transferable amount.
Wedding menus must be arranged and agreed at least one month prior to the wedding date. This includes menu choices and prices. The Ballyliffin Lodge Hotel & Spa reserves the right to alter menus in accordance with quality procedure.Final numbers of guests must be confirmed at least 3 days before the reception. This number is the minimum number of covers to be paid.
The bridal party is expected to attend for reception at the specified time in order to ensure best quality and service. The latest time of food service is 5.00pm unless specifically arranged beforehand with our Banqueting Manager/Wedding Coordinator.
In the interests of health and safety and the comfort of other hotel residents, guests attending the reception with children must ensure they are supervised at all times within the function room.
No drinks are allowed to be brought in or on the grounds of The Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa Hotel. The management reserves the right to supply all wines and beverages and does not permit corkage arrangements on wines and beverages brought on the premises for consumption by guest.
A maximum of 6 Twin rooms may be blocked for the night of the reception at a reduced rate (subject to availability). Names for the booked rooms must be registered with the hotel at least one month in advance and secured by way of a guarantee deposit. Unnamed rooms after this time will automatically be released.
Prices are inclusive of 13.5% VAT and are subject to change on a basis of costs or VAT rate changes.
The balance of the account will be paid in full on the day of departure. This sum will include additional costing accrued over the duration of the event.
In accordance with The Ballyliffin Lodge Hotel & Spa Health and Safety procedures, the Management reserve the right to refuse service or admission to any person/or persons attending the wedding function. The cost of any damages to hotel property caused by the wedding party or wedding party guests will be added to the final bill and will be payable before departure. The Ballyliffin Lodge Hotel & Spa will not be responsible for any damage to personal property while on hotel grounds.
