We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Cheffor our 52 week a year, 4* Multi Award Winning Hotel with immediate start on afull-time / permanent basis.

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in a similar role within ahighly regarded restaurant or 4* / 5* hotel

Experience of leading a team in an extremely fast paced,busy environment

Great attitude

Team player with a hunger to keep learning and developingtheir skills

Ability to work flexible hours

Ability to apply creativity in food preparation

Effective communication skills
